Because of our commitment to quality and workmanship, Brownlee products comply with the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (BAA - 41 U.S.C. § 10a–10d). Tthe Buy American provision under the ARRA requires the United States government to prefer U.S.-made products in its purchases and third-party purchases that utilize Federal funds, such as highway and transit programs.

With tens of millions of dollars appropriated for military base improvements in 2010 and beyond , the BAA requirement is creating opportunities for US Manufacturers.
