Program Rules

• Customers must enroll in BROWNLEE Frequent Buyer Rewards program and be accepted to become eligible to earn rewards.In order to earn BROWNLEE Bonus Dollars, a minimum of (5) purchase orders, when combined total a minimum of $10,000.00 per calendar year, is required.Bonus Dollars are earned on the bases of the increased sales amount over the previous year’s purchases (refer to Bonus Dollars calculation chart for details).Bonus Dollars are earned during each calendar year on orders placed and invoiced from January 1 thru December 31. Orders entered in prior year but invoiced in current year are considered current year purchases.Bonus Dollars are issued at the end of each calendar year. They can be redeemed at your convenience anytime throughout the following year. Bonus Dollars that are not redeemed the following year after they are earned will be forfeited.
• Frequent Buyer Rewards members will receive a periodic statement showing earning status. For Bonus Dollars calculations, the program automatically resets each year.

BROWNLEE reserves the right to amend, restrict or terminate the frequent Buyer Rewards Program or any aspects of the program at any time in the future without notice. Membership in the Frequent Buyer Rewards program may be revoked at any time due to failure to follow the terms of the program or due to any misrepresentation or other fraudulent acts—in which case all bonus dollars may be forfeited. Customers with multiple branch locations cannot combine purchases for rewards but rather enroll and earn rewards on an individual branch basis. Frequent Buyer Rewards for a member as reflected in the records of Brownlee Lighting shall be deemed correct when issued and Brownlee Lighting reserves the right to determine the amount of earned bonus dollars. Bonus dollars are issued in the form of a credit and cannot be redeemed for cash. Smart Merchandising program members are not eligible to participate in Frequent Buyer Rewards program.
